台湾中部梨山地区の、標高2400メートル以上の高地で生産されています。
年間を通して高山の雪解け水が畑に引かれ、また日照時間が短いため、すっきりとした上品な風味で、お茶の色は黄金色をかすかに帯びた薄緑色です。
花の香りが強く、口当たりがとても滑らかでクセがなく、高山茶の最も代表的なものになります。
This tea is grown at altitudes of 2400 meters or above in the Li Shan tea region located in Central Taiwan. There, the tea plantations are irrigated year round by the melting snow that flows down from the mountaintops, and the hours of direct sunlight are few.
